Umbartt is a distant planet. Directions to get
there are to go to Orion and hang a right. Perhaps one would need
more specifics for planning a trip to the other blue planet. As
a second option we are offering a collection of stories, observations,
epics, descriptions and adventures by Michael
and others who have actually visited Umbartt.
He describes his trips to Umbartt and gives his
impressions of the flights and the landings. He documents his visits
with an Umbarttan family and explains how they live, work and play.
He also tells us that Umbarttans have received messages from Earth
and have sent back communications. Could it be that scientists on
Earth have received the messages but are keeping the facts all hush,
hush? Michael reveals those messages within the stories.
By the way, Umbarttans arent little nor are
they green and they dont look like anything nonhuman shown
on Star Trek. Perhaps you had better read the stories because
it takes Michaels sense of humor and more than a few lines
to describe Umbarttans!
The Umbartt stories have been published in The Stars Still Shine
Magazine appearing in most issues from January 2003 to April 2005 issue. We have gathered
all these writings together within The Umbartt Collection for your
reading enjoyment. stories not found in the book are available. Look for "New Umbartt messages" on this page.
An Afterword from Michael
"February 3, 2006
Umbartt still revolves around its own sun. I havent
been back to that planet for some time now but I still keep in contact
with Nancy. She tells me that Gran is still being her old self and
has become a leader within the older generation of ghosts or souls
who are part of Umbartt.
I would like to go back some day but I have been
so busy with my other interests, duties, pleasures and friends that
I just havent got around to it.
I havent been able to find out if the Umbarttans
have been in contact with Earth, I mean the live ones, but I have
set up an appointment to meet with Carl Sagan. So, either he can
fill me in on Earthly doings and the SETI (Search for ExtraTerrestrial
Intelligence) Program or I can take him on a visit to Umbartt. Who
knows, maybe he already knows about other planets including Umbartt?
Maybe Ill find out about another planet?
Ive heard rumors that there are other planets. Could there
be a dwarf Dorff, a dumb Dora, a dull Dweeb, or a deranged Dicky
out there in space residing on another planet? Youll be one
of the first to know if you keep checking The Stars Still Shine
Web site.
Love,
Michael"
