Lynne: "I think I should move on from talking about
the Nightmare level. I was wondering if being aware that you are about
to die has something to do with where you go? When you have time to prepare,
does that give you the edge over people who haven't had time to get themselves
ready? I don't mean to sound crude, but I think the best way to find out
  is to ask questions."
Bob: "You were asking about being prepared to die.
There aren't any strict rules about being prepared or not. I believe that
if you are an informed person then you stand a better chance of going to
the upper levels or at least past that first Nightmare level. Of course,
it depends on what information you have and what you do with it. Some religions
prepare people very well and others give much information that is inaccurate
or sometimes confusing. I'm not going to name names here. I'm trying to
give a general view of the crossing over. Much depends on the individual.
If you believe in the afterlife, then you will more than likely make it
through. There are no hard edges here."
Lynne: "What I was talking about was specifically
the last rites given by a Roman Catholic priest when a person is dying.
Does that prepare the person to go to Heaven instead of the Nightmare level
  or purgatory?"
Bob: "I would say yes. The way has been prepared
for that soul to go higher. There has been a specific 'request,' or prayer
to help that specific soul. However, that doesn't mean that anyone else
can't go to Heaven. Or to put it in a more positive way, everyone has a
fair chance of getting to Heaven no matter what his or her religion was
  on Earth."
Lynne: "I thank you for your answers and help. God
  bless you."
Bob: "Thank you. Bye for now."

  (The next day)
Lynne: "Hello Father Murray. I still have some unanswered
questions that are burning me up inside. Maybe that was a bit dramatic,
  but I do have questions."
Bob: "I think the best thing to do is to talk to
you right now. I'm here so we might as well get on with the questions."
  Lynne: "Thank you. My first question of the day is;
How do people know if they are on that Nightmare level? There must be a
way out even if they are stuck in that place. From the way it was explained
it sounded like a person, a stuck person, had to have help from outside
that level to get out. How do they become aware of where they are? Two
  questions again!"
Bob: "Spirits who are on that Nightmare level sometimes
become aware of where they are. One of two things can happen. They either
find a way to move on or they stay where they are. Sometimes spirits become
aware when they think it through. They ask themselves, "Why am I doing
the same things over and over? Why am I still at this desk?" They
come out of a daze and start to think. Most spirits on that Nightmare level
are in a state of shock and denial. They hadn't prepared for death. When
they realize they still exist after the shock of death, they have no frame
of reference. The only things they knew were around them in life and they
  cling to what they know."
Lynne: "There was some mention, actually lots of
information, about spirits being chained and sent below. Is there some
criteria somewhere for, let's say, someone sent to this place in chains?
Does the average person have to worry about being chained and sent to a
  dungeon?"
Bob: "I can only recall one soul chained and sent
below. I'll explain what happened. I was doing some house clearing and
contacted a very disturbed spirit. He had died insane. He wanted to do
as much damage to living souls as he could. There was no reasoning with
him. I asked for help and received it. It was suggested by advanced souls
on the other side that I bind him and send him on his way. I, of course,
asked if I had the power to do that and then I wanted to know what would
happen to him and to me. I was told that binding him was only temporary
and that he would be put into a deep sleep so that he could recover his
sanity slowly. Binding was real and metaphorical at the same time. Being
sent below refers to being sent below the conscious level not to a geographic
place below the level of the Earth. I was assured that I would not have
this on my conscience and would not chalk up any karmic dept. By the way,
he was haunting a house and making live people miserable. He would not
stop haunting. The average person has nothing to fear as far as being chained
  or sent anywhere."
Lynne: "You were a ghost buster? That's intriguing!
I'd like to hear all about your adventures in the ghost busting days. Were
you ever slimed? Oh, I've got to go. May I talk to you again? Would tomorrow
  be too soon?"
Bob: "Tomorrow is fine with me. Bye for now."
Lynne: "Thank you so much. I'll be back here tomorrow.
  God bless you."

  (Later that day)
Michael: "Hi. Good evening. I haven't much to say
tonight. I am very interested in what Lynne has to say. She is asking more
questions than I thought possible. I was interested in all the spiritual
stuff, but I didn't know what questions to ask because I didn't think of
them. I didn't know what I didn't know. I am interested in what is going
  on now.
After Lynne left at noon, I went to the Village. There
were a few things I wanted to know about the group. A few weeks ago, I
didn't know about the 9-11 group. When you had the dream and then asked
me to find out some things about them, that is when I found out. When I
went over today, I was met by some different people. A man called Philip
told me that the people in the Mall and the people in the Park, were new
to the group. He said that they were mostly foreign nationals working in
the World Trade Center in New York. They were from eleven different countries.
I don't know which person came from which country. They are all people
looking for some answers. A Jean-Guy told me that he thought he was safe
from terrorists attacks in the United States of America. He died in the
W.T.C. Others wanted me to know that they had been other places after they
died, but didn't know where those places were. They didn't remember a thing
about the places. They hadn't heard my speech and they were curious about
what I had said. I didn't miss the opportunity to give my speech right
there. They asked lots of questions and I tried to give them good answers.
Since I didn't have much time, I said goodbye and promised to return.
Love and Peace to all, Mike."
